Walk-ins are welcome at all three centers. But because our senior dermatologists' slots fill early—especially evenings and weekends—we strongly recommend booking an appointment. A booked slot means no wait and a full consultation with the doctor you'd like to see.
Sasha Luxe operates three flagship centers — Madhapur (Hyderabad), Kokapet (Hyderabad), and Vijayawada. All are open Monday to Sunday, 10 AM to 8 PM.
A qualified dermatologist or cosmetic surgeon leads every consultation— never a technician or counselor alone. Our founding doctors, Dr. Sanjay Sakhamuri (Cosmetic Surgeon) and Dr. Navya Chowdary (Dermatologist & Trichologist), both have 16+ years of clinical experience, and our full medical team is trained under their protocols.
Your first visit typically runs 30–45 minutes. It includes a detailed skin or hair assessment, medical history, imaging where relevant (dermascope, hair-density scan, or 3D skin analysis), a diagnosis, and a written treatment plan with pricing. You leave with clarity — not a hard sell.
Consultations are chargeable and vary by concern and doctor. Our front desk will confirm the exact fee when you book your appointment. Consultation charges are separate from any treatment or product cost.
Our centers offer the full Sasha Luxe menu — medical dermatology, aesthetic dermatology (Botox, fillers, HydraFacial, Ultherapy, laser hair reduction, laser toning, PicoWay), trichology and hair restoration (GFC, hair transplants), and cosmetic surgery. We are the only authorized Ultherapy clinic in Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
Yes. At checkout, you can choose in-clinic pickup at Madhapur, Kokapet, or Vijayawada instead of home delivery. You'll get a WhatsApp confirmation once your order is ready to collect.
If you use the same phone number and email at the clinic and online, your prescriptions, purchase history, and Luxe Circle rewards stay connected across both. This means the doctor treating you can see what you've been using, and your points earn on both clinic and online spends.
We do offer EMI. Treatments are billed session-wise, so you pay only for what you take. Aesthetic and cosmetic procedures are typically not covered by health insurance; for medical dermatology, please check directly with your insurer.

Yes — you're welcome to bring a companion. For children under 12 receiving a consultation themselves, a parent or guardian must be present throughout the visit.
You can still take the online skin or hair test and shop RadienceRx anywhere in India. For treatments that need in-person care, we're happy to arrange a virtual pre-consult with one of our doctors before you plan a visit.

Come with a clean, product-free face if you're being seen for skin, and dry, untied hair if you're being seen for hair. Bring any prior prescriptions, reports, or products you're currently using — the more context the doctor has, the sharper the plan.
